Downtown Strategic Operations Center (DSOC)
Assessing non-emergency public safety and nuisance items
The Downtown Strategic Operations Center (DSOC) is a citizen-supported resource that receives service requests and identifies solutions that can be met internally or via partner collaboration. The DSOC coordinates the appropriate response to non-emergency public safety and nuisance incidents that impact the Downtown St. Louis community, fostering a cleaner, safer, and better Downtown. Anyone, including Downtown business partners, citizens, or visitors, can submit service requests.
Anyone can communicate non-emergency incidents to the DSOC to analyze and direct the appropriate resource for assistance, within the Downtown District, including the types of instances listed below.
For medical emergencies, incidents requiring immediate Police, Fire, or other emergency response: CALL 911
Large debris on public sidewalks and streets, small-scale graffiti, or other special projects within our scope of services
Non-life threatening quality-of-life matters with members of the unhoused community
